Overview
The ServiceNow Control Tower was created as a kinetic centerpiece at the ServiceNow Knowledge26 conference in Las Vegas for an audience of over 25,000.
The 13-foot triangular tower captured the advancements ServiceNow has made in containing the power of AI within a controlled infrastructure, keeping the user firmly in command. Rather than explain the technology, the tower was designed to make people feel it with fluid, animated visuals, a deliberately light touch on words and an amazing kinetic tower with blocks that moved in and out.

In form, it became a physical metaphor for ServiceNow: a single command point where AI agents gather data and unify workflows, all steered from one place.
